ok using the large size lets just make a background using her

move her around and repete the lady a couple of times til

you are happy and covered the background here is mine

I made 2 ladies on this one

go to layers and merge all

go to effects

plug in effects

dsb flux

blast

now lets go to blast and pay around you can use the percentage or absolute

I am going with right and percentage at 75 %

blast one looks like this

now you can go back and hit upwards instead of right now

so it looks like this

you can sharpen it now to give it a bright color to it

grab the girl resize it to what size you want and add it to the banner

add the copyright and your name
